I’m a People Operations leader who designs systems that scale. My work sits at the intersection of AI, automation, and human-centered operations, with a focus on building clarity, reliability, and efficiency into how teams work. I excel at taking ambiguous, multi-team problems and turning them into clean workflows and predictable operating models.I use a product mindset—start small, test fast, measure impact, and scale what works.
