Lived and worked in Asia, Europe and the US, in local, regional and global roles, managing global operations and global client partnerships. A member of the Omnicom Media Group Board from 20••••19, the first female to join the board. An absolute passion for mentoring and developing teams and advocating for women and diversity. As Global Chief Operating Officer, a key member of the team that turned around OMD’s fortunes over an 18-month period, culminating in industry recognition as Global Media Agency of the Year 2019 from AdWeek. Led the change management process with fourteen workstreams, and personally oversaw the Global Talent workstream, including introducing mobility, mentoring and flexible working practices, developing a global intranet, and driving the People section of OMD.com.A passionate advocate for women and diversity within OMG and Omnicom. A founding member of Omniwomen, Omnicom’s organization to increase the number of women in senior roles throughout the organization.
