As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington state, I help people gain self-esteem and find direction in their lives. Whether it is working through past trauma, recovering from unhealthy relationships, or simply finding their purpose in life, I help my clients gain the tools they need to both self-seek and self-soothe when trying times arise.Using an integrative approach, I understand that therapy is never a one-size-fits-all experience and am able to tailor my approach as needed. Combining evidence-based, relational methods including trauma-informed strategies such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), I will compassionately guide you to fully understand the story, values, goals, and relationships that are most important to you and help you achieve the resolution, peace and empowerment you are looking for.
