I specialise in asset finance with a focus on shipping, advising on a broad range of transactions including complex ECA backed financings, portfolio transfers, restructurings and inter creditor arrangements. I act for owners, lenders (banks and PE funds) as well as charterers and operators across all different asset classes including offshore and cruise. I joined Watson Farley & Williams in 2007 as a trainee solicitor, qualifying into the International Asset Finance department of the WFW Paris office in 2009 before returning to WFW’s London office in January 2012.
