As a Corporate Communications student at Baylor University, I am passionate about developing and delivering effective messages that connect with diverse audiences and achieve strategic goals. I have completed coursework in mass communications, public speaking, interpersonal communications, and writing and rhetoric, and I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills in real-world settings. I have demonstrated my communication and counseling abilities in my most recent work experience as a counselor at Pine Cove, where I supervised community-based children\'s activities and promoted the development of good interpersonal relations and self-confidence. I approached each day and unique challenges with enthusiasm, humor, and patience, and I received positive feedback from both the children and their parents. I also have a tenacious work ethic, which I showcased in my previous role as an employee at Chick-fil-A Restaurants, where I handled customer service, food preparation, and cash register operations with efficiency and professionalism. Additionally, I have attained the Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate certification, which reflects my proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
