As one of the Directors of Member Retention (Sisterhood Director), I lead initiatives designed to strengthen engagement, connection, and overall member experience within our chapter. A central focus of this role is fostering an environment rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that every member feels valued, heard, and represented in our programming and culture. I collaborate closely with executive board members and committee chairs to assess member needs, gather feedback, and implement programming that supports long-term retention and a positive chapter climate. I plan and execute sisterhood events while responsibly managing allocated budgets, making strategic financial decisions to maximize impact and accessibility. Additionally, I oversee event logistics, coordinate communication efforts, and evaluate engagement outcomes to continuously improve the member experience. Through this role, I work to create intentional opportunities for connection that strengthen both individual relationships and our chapter as a whole.
