I like making things better! For the past decade I\'ve taken on leadership roles to fix and streamline document management culture, information systems and construction administration at different organizations. I\'ve done this on multi-billon dollar infrastructure projects, at medium sized companies, and most recently, Canada\'s largest Port. I have a proven track record of building relationships and trust, leading others, training, and implementing change. I am passionate about enhancing efficiency, streamlining workflows, ensuring quality documentation, and having fun. I also enjoy identifying up-and-coming DC talent and mentoring people to become even better at their jobs.
