Lead the delivery of new customer centric connected propositions in the Innovation Accelerator that meet our customers’ needs and leverage Aviva assets in order to futureproof the business. I am passionate about unearthing & championing customer needs and developing new business models that are fit for the future. I take propositions from early refinement to MVP & MMP, and then, where relevant, through to scaling into a business unit.
