ABOUT KATE REDDAWAY
A natural self motivator - I push to exceed my capabilities. I work out of my comfort zone to develop new skills and set goals that give me focus. I thrive on feedback from my Seniors so that I am able to identify areas that are in need of progress and recognise where my strengths lie. In less than 2 years I went from being an acquiring Trainee PA with no experience to becoming an Experienced PA working for the Head of Procurement in the Real Estate Projects Team and assisting the Education Team. I am very flexible in my approach and will undertake any extra tasks offered to me. This has so far included working in alternative departments to provide cover and support and changing my operating style to accommodate the way in which they work. I have also been involved in mentoring trainees within these teams and act as a \'go to\' person on a daily basis enabling them to reach their goals and completing their training programmes.
