A creative-minded marketing-communications leader with a passion for art and design. Kate has a performing and fine arts background and holds a Bachelor of Art in Art History from Lewis & Clark College. Kate is the Sr. Marketing Manager with MWA Architects, Inc, with fourteen years of experience in the AEC industry. Kate curates One Wall Gallery at MWA\'s Portland Office. Established in 2023, One Wall Gallery celebrates and presents MWA artists working in various media. The gallery’s mission is to provide an active dialogue between one another. She is a Past-President of SMPS Oregon, a nonprofit with a mission to advocate for, educate, and connect leaders in the building industry. Kat is also a past president of Docomomo_US/Oregon, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting the interest, education, and advocacy of the architecture, art, landscape, and urban design of the Modern Movement.
