I love saving people time, reducing friction, and creating moments of delight. That’s why I’ve focused on operations and product throughout my career - I get to solve real, pressing, frustrating challenges. Some of my favorite projects I’ve worked on include…- Leading the scoping, planning, and execution of a product enhancement that allowed us to address challenges encountered by our Salvation Army clients which led to an additional ~$200K in annual recurring revenue in one year- Scaling the operations of Lemontree, a meal kit delivery service for low-income families, by 500% and reducing errors from 80% to less than 5% through continuous iteration and process improvements- Completely redefining our service offerings at Lemontree through data analytics and user interviews (in English and Spanish) leading to higher order retention and larger orders.In my spare time, you’ll most likely find me doing outdoorsy activities like hiking, biking, rock climbing or working on house projects with my fiancé. I am particularly passionate about climate solutions that reduce waste, whether that\'s food waste, circular economy, or renewables & electrification.
