About Kate

Kate is a dynamic and results-focused leader with more than 15 years of experience in client- and partner-facing operations and management roles. She is known for her ability to connect vision to high-caliber execution and her passion for creating inclusive spaces where individuals and teams are inspired to do their most innovative work.After building her career in customer service and non-profit administration, Kate landed in the technology industry, where she discovered exciting new ways to apply her anthropology degree. In her five years at ATG and Cognizant, she built and strengthened cross-sector partnerships, led strategic project and program management, and ignited team, community, and corporate engagement.Working alongside some of the world\'s most savvy quote to cash consultants, supporting ISV partnerships, and anticipating business demands through a period of disruption taught Kate a great deal about the industry. Balancing stakeholder requirements and managing risk through new office construction, supporting a local headcount of +300, and orchestrating large-scale executive events taught Kate a great deal about corporate operations.Kate believes that technology is one of the most powerful vehicles to democratize access to the jobs of the future, and serves as Board Chair for the Montana Jobs Network. In her free time, you\'ll most likely find her floating down a river, being herded by her cattle dog, and in the mountains on her bicycle.
