I recognize the spider web of organizational complexity and understand how things reshuffle and repositions when you pull on each little thread instantaneously. I can hold long-range views of the future and create step-by-step plans of how we will get there. One cannot just lead teams towards transformational change, they must walk beside them. I love to simultaneously manage the interdependent relationships as well as design complex organizational processes that weave the tapestry together. I get to the root of the organizations needs and translate them on a humanistic level. I enjoy working with diverse minds & people and managing clients (both internal and external). I have a passion for attracting, nurturing and retaining the best talent by focusing on their unique strengths and working through collaboration. I don’t just build systems; I enable those within the team to thrive. I build the scaffolds to connect people’s capacities with what they need to succeed. This is a crucial support beam between seeing people’s needs & enabling them to achieve desired outcomes. You cannot design the next new thing if you cannot hear what is needed. I excel at listening to the often unspoken and unmet needs of individuals. I feel things others may not even perceive. I help people vocalize what it is that they might need so that they can get what they need to achieve inspiring results.Embedded in all of these? I recognize invisible systems and excel at knowing how the forces of sociology, emotion, psychology, and upbringing are interwoven in any situation. I use this gift of perception to help create systems that bring out the best in an organizations biggest asset: their people. I care about the way we work. I want our view of organizational development to shift. I want a place where we don’t conduct business dependent on the average or the sum of parts. My purpose is to create spaces within organizations where each individual can offer their whole selves (gifts, warts and all) and feel their own sense of purpose and belonging. When organizations enable individuals to show up like this there are no audacious goals we can\'t all achieve together.
