About Kate Merkle
Nourishment Works is an expert team of body-inclusive registered dietitians providing nutritional therapy. We focus on helping our clients transform their negative thoughts and behaviors around food while working to identify and support their body. By using a collaborative and therapeutic approach, we help clients learn to eat intuitively, follow their hunger and fullness cues, feel their feelings, and rediscover the joy and satisfaction in eating and moving their body. I meet the individual where they are and have diverse tools to support them on their work to make peace with food and break free from disordered eating patterns.
