Spearheading the dynamic production of diverse video content spanning live events, internal communications, online & social campaigns, studio-based shoots, & stills campaigns across the UK, Europe, India & the US.• Collaborating with national & global clients such as BT/EE, Canon, Nationwide, Chevron, Worcester Bosch, Redrow, Haleon, MS Amlin, Novo Nordisk & leading the production of video content for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.• Producing award winning work, including two black & two silver Cannes Dolphins & Evcom gold & silver awards for Canon’s The Whole You, a New York Film & TV Awards finalist for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games & two gold Lens awards for Redrow.• Engaging in seamless communication with clients & collaborators across 400+ DRPG colleagues from departments such as digital, creative, campaign, group services, print & tech, with special responsibility for liaising with our busy live events team. • Leading project teams of film department teammates across creative ideation, pre-production, shoot & post.• Providing day-to-day management & support while offering long-term mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth within the organization.• Leading monthly department meetings & facilitating the onboarding process for new team members.• Actively contributing as a member of DRPG’s Sustainability committee, instrumental in propelling the agency towards achieving B Corp status & earning the esteemed Queen’s Award.• Graduate of DRPG’s inaugural Horizons leadership program in 2023, showcasing ongoing commitment to continuous professional development• Playing a pivotal role as a key team member in agency pitches, tender applications, & client tours, contributing to the agency\'s ongoing success & growth.
