Driving transformation in business is disruptive, but it doesn’t have to be destructive. Change is most effective when it’s organic, looking at what a business does well and leveraging that to move forward.As a change catalyst, I like to challenge the status quo but I’m also a committed collaborator, able to take ‘no’ many times to find the pathway to a ‘yes’ and more interested in long-term, shared success over quick wins.Strategic, highly analytical and meticulous, I work rapidly but at a speed that builds a sense of momentum and excitement in a business. I\'m non-hierarchical in the way of fostering co-creation but it also means that I\'m not afraid to push at senior levels to achieve mindset change and lead leaders to decisions. My career foundation has been built on helping businesses unlock value, bring new Products and services to market and optimise digital innovation. I\'ve worked for Tesco and BarclayCard and led large-scale transformation at Marcher Airport, steering the dynamic change programme that delivered Terminal 2. As a digital native, where technology is part of everyday life, I’m passionate about demystifying the changes and trends that impact businesses both positively and negatively. I support leaders to understand the digital age, translate it into deliverable strategies and show how it can transform their business without losing the core of what has made them successful.
