ABOUT KATE MARTIN

I’m an enthusiastic and purpose-driven fundraising professional with over a decade of experience spanning community and corporate fundraising, event and volunteer management, major donor stewardship, and business networking. I currently lead a talented team at Dingley’s Promise, a growing national charity that transforms the early years of children with SEND. My focus is on strategic income growth, partnership development, and scaling impact as we expand from a local to national presence. In addition, I support Bridge for Young People in West Berkshire as a fundraising consultant, advising on income strategy and supporter engagement. My background in customer service and sales has equipped me with strong relationship-building skills, a commercial mindset, and a deep understanding of donor motivations.I’m especially passionate about using fundraising as a force for social change—connecting people to causes that matter and helping organisations thrive through sustainable income streams.I am a proud graduate receiving a First-Class Honours in Management & Business Administration from the University of Reading in 2012I am open to collaboration, consultancy, and opportunities to drive meaningful impact through fundraising and partnerships.Let’s connect!
