ABOUT KATE MAHONY

After 25 years leading teams and delivering business results, I have witnessed that often the mindset gap, not the technology gap, determines whether transformation succeeds.I work with CEOs, CFOs, and their leadership teams to navigate the human dynamics of AI transformation—helping them move from cautious agreement to genuine alignment. Success is more than adopting new technology; it\'s about building leadership teams willing to face uncertainty, make trade-offs, and learn together.I spent my early years in strategy consulting (Deloitte) and finance (Nortel Networks), including P&L responsibility so I understand the commercial imperatives that drive boardroom decisions. As part of the Leadership team at Lane4 and EY Lane4, I led our diagnostics and Talent Assessment business creating tools to accelerate Leadership Development through data driven development. Leading the digital transformation of a primarily face to face business has given me a unique perspective on how to deliver and embed digital solutions from design and human perspectives. Most recently, I\'ve joined CogniScale as an Advisor, working specifically on AI transformation with C-suite leaders. I have experienced the CFO\'s concerns about ROI and I\'ve coached Board level leaders through the personal challenge of leading change when they don\'t yet have all the answers.
