I started my career at Mercer HR Consulting in the Performance & Rewards practice. I joined GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in the Compensation team and then was hired as a HR Generalist. When the talent management team was created at GSK, I leapt at the opportunity and found my passion. There is something to be said for working at the same company for so many years – I have had the chance to contribute first-hand to leadership and culture transformation and growth.
