   As the founder, CEO, and Director of ND Works, I have dedicated my efforts to empowering neurodivergent adults through career development, mentorship, and self-discovery. Many traditional career services fail to recognize that neurodivergent individuals approach work, communication, and personal growth in unique and valuable ways. Our mission is to bridge the gap between personal fulfillment and professional success, ensuring that neurodivergent adults have the tools, support, and self-awareness they need to thrive.Our approach emphasizes practical skill development, workplace social and communication skills, and burnout prevention and recovery, helping individuals create strategies that align with their strengths. We also offer personalized career planning, mentorship, and workplace accommodation support to ensure individuals can thrive in their professional environments and achieve lasting success.In addition to career support, we provide professional evaluations for ADHD, ASD, and other neurodivergences using widely recognized and trusted assessment tools. Our evaluations offer more than just a diagnosis, they provide meaningful insight, clarity, and validation, helping individuals better understand their strengths and challenges.At ND Works, we believe that self-awareness and self-acceptance are the foundation of a successful career.
