About Kate Lindsay
I am the practice group lead for fixed income and agricultural credit restructurings at MetLife Investment Management. I have extensive experience representing institutional investors in complex cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters. I also work with US- and London-based colleagues on new private placement, infrastructure, and bank finance investment transactions across a broad range of sectors. I serve on MetLife’s Legal Affairs Pro Bono and Volunteer Committee, and maintain an active pro bono practice representing unaccompanied migrant children and microenterprise businesses. I have been a fellow of the American College of Investment Counsel (ACIC) for 10+ years, and serve on the Board of Trustees and as co-chair of the Development Committee.
