ABOUT KATE LAZAROV
Since 2012, I’ve managed products and projects for startups and small companies in Tech, Pharma and Nonprofits. I am enlivened by social impact projects, such as my work developing the first online sexual assault reporting software Callisto, and my work growing LiveCoach.io, the world’s largest online coaching marketplace. An entrepreneurial generalist, I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution. I have deep experience managing complex, cross-functional projects that require balancing and prioritization of diverse goals, departments and stakeholders. My excellent communication abilities and genuine love of people have helped me build strong relationships and achieve internal promotions at each company I’ve worked with. I currently manage an international nonprofit I co-founded, that operates Nutrition and Education Programs in underserved communities in Guatemala. I graduated from Northwestern in 2012 with dual degrees in Psychology/Political Science and Musical Theatre, and enjoy singing and performing for fun. I am an avid yogini, meditator and mindfulness-coach and am also passionate about shaping organizational cultures that support authenticity and self-actualization.
