I am energised and engaged in my role as Head of Design at KPMG, where I joined in 2021. I am proud to be working alongside a diverse and talented fantastic bunch of people in a fast-paced environment full of great challenges.An empathetic, outgoing, professional L&D Manager, with outstanding people-skills, great integrity and a passion for L&D and Design. With over 20 years experience in global team management, training strategy, change management, certification, instructional design, data analysis and project/program management. I have a wealth of experience in portfolio management, driving content rationalization, designing and implementing workplace learning solutions in all modalities such as VR, simulations, micro-learning, e-learning, ILT and documentation, for end users, employees, customers and partners whilst driving governance and quality standards.
