I am the secondary market mortgage manager for the company wide mortgage division. I work with loan officers and operations/support staff to ensure customers are being matched with the best mortgage product, we are offering competitive products and rates, and smooth, fast closings. I am also a loan officer and work closely with customers on home purchases and refinances. I am the system administrator for our LOS Encompass and manage all vendor and investor relationships for mortgage. I complete all mortgage related audit requests and vendor/investor recertifications. I help with CRA and fair lending efforts in the mortgage department and for the bank.
