I have built the development team at St Swithun\'s from scratch, and they are a brilliant and supportive team. We have raised income for transformational bursaries, against the challenging backdrop of VAT on fees. I have led the school through up the school\'s foundation as a CIO. And recruited a brilliant board of engaged Trustees with appropriate skills and expertise to govern it. We are now widening the fundraising remit to include capital campaign fundraising for indoor sports. And I am leading on building a development group to support this project. Additionally, we are building closer ties with alumnae and international school community hubs like Asia. It has been a dynamic journey so far with more in the pipeline.
