I lead strategic success and implementation for a portfolio of community-owned health plans (COHPs) and Accel advisors building high-performing self-funded plans.My role extends beyond traditional customer success. I partner with advisors as a strategic operator, aligning plan design, compliance, vendor execution, and internal infrastructure to ensure plans are built correctly and optimized over time.Key Responsibilities & Impact:• Serve as primary strategic partner to 5+ active COHPs and multiple Accel-level advisors, driving engagement, retention, and long-term plan performance.• Guide advisors through the full lifecycle, from contract execution and implementation to quarterly strategic reviews and mature plan optimization.• Provide advisory oversight on plan design and federal compliance (ERISA, Medicare, SPDs, SBCs, ID cards).• Collaborate cross-functionally on product improvements, vendor evaluations, and enterprise initiatives.• Contribute to data mapping and API integration workflows to translate client needs into scalable system solutions.• Develop educational resources and thought leadership to strengthen advisor adoption of Health Rosetta best practices.• Identify operational friction points and implement structural improvements across advisor and internal processes.I’m particularly focused on building scalable infrastructure that supports transparency, fiduciary accountability, and measurable performance in employer-sponsored healthcare.
