My background is initially accountancy moving into the insurance industry around specialising in the claims field.I am able to deal with all types of claims from personal lines to large corporates and Im totally self taught which I am very proud of.I am really passionate about the role that I do. I always ensure clients get the best service possible and I often get feedback for being so proactive as well as the work I put into educating all on risk management and trend spotting. I have many loyal clients which have moved with me over the years which I believe is testament to the great service I provide.I am able to think on my feet and deal with anything that comes my way with confidence. I am extremely organised and I have the ability to multi task with efficiency, accuracy and speed. I really embrace being given a distressed risk working closely with the client, insurer and any relevant suppliers in order to turn their experience around, preparing and presenting MI to all involved and seeing the benefit of all my hard work pan out.
