About Kate Hartney
I\'m a muli-faceted leader with proven leadership experience in nonprofit, governmental, and private businesses. I sit at the crossroads of curiosity and community as a collaborator that meets partners where they are to achieve mutual goals and increasing impact of projects. As Membership Manager at the Da Vinci Science Center, I manage our Family Based Membership Program, our Allentown School District Membership Program, and our brand new initiative - Connect Membership Program. The Connect Membership program engages schools and districts, nonprofits, and corporations with the myriad of programming offered at the Lehigh Valley\'s world class Science and Technology Center. As a coach for the Emmaus High School Marching Band, I teach leadership, life skills, and teamwork to high school aged students and support the development of the program\'s fundraising and equipment goals. As a freelancer I work with professionals to bring audio, artistic, and organizational expertise to band and music programs in PA, NJ, and DE.
