AboutI am an executive education leader who believes that every system we build in schools should ultimately answer one essential question: And how are the children? Like the Masai greeting that centers the well-being of the next generation, my work is rooted in designing systems that ensure every child learns, thrives, and finds joy in the process.I bring strategic vision and hands-on leadership to school redesign, building aligned systems for instruction, intervention, and climate that drive real, measurable change. MTSS and PBIS are the foundational frameworks I rely on to support student growth and well-being. These are not add-ons; they are essential to creating schools where all learners can succeed.I believe enrichment should be for every child, not just a few. From play-based exploration to high-level academic challenges, I work to ensure every student has access to meaningful, engaging, joyful learning opportunities. I hold high expectations for students, for the educators who serve them, and for myself as a leader. Growth comes when we stretch together.Whether in urban, suburban, traditional, or magnet schools, I’ve led with a commitment to equity that does not shift with political winds. My work is guided by values, not trends: strong instruction, deep relationships, clarity of purpose, and joy as a lever for lasting change. I build collaborative systems, elevate teacher leadership, and partner with families and communities to make school a place where every child feels seen, challenged, and celebrated.When we lead with purpose and heart, magic follows.
