Manage and improve the full end-to-end recruitment process from advertising, sourcing and through to onboarding to retain quality talent- Proactively recruiting high performing talent through an inclusive and fair recruitment process, using a variety of methods. Recruiting talent within IT, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Digital and more- Writing job adverts, interview questions and scoring criteria for hiring teams- Continuous development of the recruitment process to address departmental needs and skill gaps, along with investigating how AI can benefit the hiring process, whilst maintaining the human touch that is needed in recruitment- Collaborating with the Internal Marketing team to further spotlight and enhance the company culture and online social presence- Strategic planning, employer branding and developing recruitment campaigns by utilising tools such as Monday.com and LinkedIn- Point of contact for the charities we support, coordinating with organisations and getting involved with cultural initiatives and internal events such as Wellbeing Week and Customer Service Week- Provide accurate and valuable recruitment information and reports, such as benchmarking data and trends in recruitment to the Head of People Support. & more.
