I am a business development specialist responsible for developing new plant-based meat business with more than 6-year working experience in the food industry. Before business development role, I was an R&D scientist focusing on the product development of lipids, emulsifiers and texturants and their applications in the beverage, bakery, dairy and animal nutrition. I was responsible for designing, executing and interpreting experiments at laboratory, pilot and plant scale.
