Managing the end-to-end coordination of the recruitment process across Retail, the HQ, and occasionally Contact Centre• Advertising vacancies both internally and externally• Appropriate and accurate usage of Applicant Tracking System to enable an efficient internal process and data reporting whilst ensuring an easy candidate application journey and the best candidate experience• Screening CVs across various HQ roles, CC and the Retail teams• Assisting with all documentation including offer processing, contract and letter production, maintaining compliance with internal policies• Processing New Starter information and onboarding administration ensuring new hires are set up for their first day and beyond• Maintaining accurate joiners and leavers trackers and supporting with the processes• Managing large amounts of confidential data, keeping the ATS systems updated; producing data reports as required• Implementation of the new ATS (Team Tailor), and previously, the newer version of Talent Funnel• Training sessions on how to use the ATS for the new managers (especially within Retail) with tips and tricks boosting the efficiency of the recruitment processes• Direct candidate search via LinkedIn and Indeed databasesWhite Stuff Clothing is a British fashion and lifestyle brand that sells women’s, men’s and children\'s clothing, accessories, homeware, and gifts.
