In this role, I own global benefits design, renewals, and global compensation processes including salary reviews, variable compensation design, stock plan administration, and also new entity establishment. It is worth mentioning that I start my journey in Tealium to run the Global HR function and then promoted to a specialized senior role in HR. I am responsible for identifying and fulfilling the needs of internal stakeholders by administering systems in the HR function and achieving the requirements of various HR functions. I actively liaise with C-suite and functional leaders to assist in key decision-making. One of my key assignments is collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to maintain a proper flow of communication and execution of planned initiatives and projects. Furthermore, I lead the full HR function for the first two years and then converted to Total Rewards, Systems, and Compliance management. Key Accomplishments, I achieved within this role are as follows: • Executed global employee recognition and engagement to nurture employee retention. • Adhered to policies and regulatory standards, while administering global onboarding and offboarding. • Improved overall efficiency by coaching global leaders on local employment law across APJ and EMEA. • Ensured process and performance improvement by launching Corporate Training and development program for global team.
