Manage private sale brokerage- Draft, review, analyze, and administer all contracts required for company operation and auction event production, including multi-year hotel and venue agreements, confidentiality agreements, vendor and services engagement agreements, real estate leases, sponsorship agreements, intellectual property licenses, and agreements with media and press- Handle human resources and employment-related matters for company- Maintain, review, and revise all sales and website terms and conditions. Review company marketing materials and press releases to mitigate risk.
