I’ve been in the veterinary world for almost 20 years—long enough to know that great medicine and good business don’t have to be at odds. For the past decade, I’ve worked in leadership where I’ve focused on finding that balance: keeping things running smoothly without losing sight of what matters most—people and patients.I lead by showing up, listening, and backing my team. I’m not into top-down leadership or micromanaging—I’d rather build a crew that trusts each other, communicates openly, and works together toward shared goals (with a little humor and humanity along the way).At the core, I believe vet med can be sustainable and satisfying. That takes intention, some creative problem-solving, and a team that’s in it for the right reasons. I’m here for all of it.
