Completed on time and on budget.• Actively participated in acquiring, on-boarding, and monitoring several large clients resulting in annualized revenue of over $6M. Responsible for the following: complete management of the project including IT, database, connectivity, operations, logistics, billing, training, internal communications, and monitoring after go-live.
