Solo Founding Designer at Sunbeam. Sunbeam is an AI-native data analytics platform that helps HR & CX teams collect, understand and act on feedback data. Working with the ex-Head of Machine Learning @ Peakon and a small team of engineers, together we built a functioning and easy-to-use platform and product suite with active users (and counting).Our product suite has grow into a survey platform that uses innovative AI-driven survey methods, and an analytics dashboard that turns thousands of pieces of qualitative feedback data into a prioritised list of insights it can track over time. Clients include: Stockmann, Nuuday, Lloyds Bank, Halifax, Bank of Scotland, MBNA.

Product Designer with 13yrs experience of turning complex information and ambiguous ideas into seamlessly functioning, visually stunning products from end-to-end. Since 2024, I\'ve been the sole Founding Designer at Sunbeam, an AI-native data analytics startup helping HR & CX teams collect, understand and act on feedback data.Working with the ex-Head of Machine Learning @ Peakon and a small team of engineers, I took a very basic prototype and turned it into a deeply valuable and easy-to-use platform and product suite with active users and counting. In the last 6 months, I also led a push into a new Customer Experience market, which further involved me in research, marketing and sales activities.I\'m a multi-skilled and versatile designer who exceeds in visual design and UI craft. I love to obsess over the details and interactions that make a product feel tactile and a joy to use, which have proven to make a significant impact on KPIs (latest visual improvements to Sunbeam\'s survey platform have improved conversions by 22%). Prior to Sunbeam I\'ve designed various products across Health Tech, Charity, Energy, Telecoms, Insurance and Tourism.I would love to help another startup get from 0-1 with their product.
