I genuinely love what I do — building the real estate platforms that make transportation electrification and advanced mobility possible.For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across brokerage, transaction management, and corporate real estate leadership, helping organizations translate growth strategy into executable, high-impact site decisions. I’m energized by complex markets, tough entitlement pathways, and the challenge of securing the right site in the right place at the right time.Today, I lead the real estate function at Voltera Power, guiding national site selection and acquisition across power-constrained EV charging and autonomous infrastructure markets. My team and I work closely with development, engineering, finance, and operations to align land strategy with long-term infrastructure goals — moving quickly, thinking strategically, and navigating complexity with discipline.I’ve built national programs, negotiated complex acquisitions, dispositions, and leases, and developed scalable market intelligence systems that enable confident, well-informed investment decisions. I’m especially motivated by projects where real estate is not just transactional, but transformational — shaping logistics, sustainability, and the future of infrastructure.Whether it’s a multi-site rollout, a challenging rezoning, or a high-barrier market entry, I bring energy, curiosity, and a deep respect for the collaborative work required to get great projects across the finish line.
