Assist in the delivery of the Health and Safety Management System (Mycompliance)• Appoint Responsible Persons into the role of Fire Marshalls, First Aiders and Mental Health First Aiders• Develop a training programme specific to job roles and manage the database for all employees• Ensure company Health and Safety Policy and Sustainability Policy are up to date and implemented• Carry out accident and incident investigations and report back to Board members when required, HR Director, and other appropriate levels• Ensure all PPE, First Aid and welfare products are maintained• Deliver H&S Inductions to all new starters joining the business• Attend Safety meetings• Represent BRB at Environmental /Sustainability meetings • Liaise with local Enforcing Officers, Fire Officers and Counter Terrorist team as and when required• Undertake Health and Safety Audits across sites• Review, update and amend H&S policy and procedures in line with legislation updates• Effectively manage operational compliance • Support the Technical team when on tour identifying opportunities for safer working practises• Carry out Noise Exposure calculations with Royal Ballet Sinfonia when on tour
