I work hand-in-hand with the founders to set our agency’s direction, chase bold goals, and keep us ahead of the curve. I get to mentor our senior managers, hype up our teams, and make sure everyone’s rowing in the same direction. I’m always on the lookout for the next big trend, and I love building strong relationships with clients and partners. Plus, I get to collaborate with every department-sales, creative, finance, you name it-so there’s never a dull moment.
