ABOUT KATE CURLL

As an Associate at Bohler\'s Charlotte office, I am committed to helping clients and employees succeed across the region. Guiding my team in identifying and acting on new opportunities for real estate developers, I am focused on strengthening and growing Bohler Charlotte\'s operations. Currently, my team is designing and permitting manufacturing and distribution projects for several high-profile clients across the region, and I am overseeing the development of a confidential data center project. My efforts are centered on office growth, mentoring staff, and increasing our market share through program work with clients.Before my move to Charlotte, I worked in Washington, D.C, and contributed significantly to the ongoing revitalization of D.C.’s Union Market. By looking at the big picture and understanding the overall infrastructure improvements, my team and I helped developers work together for the success of the entire community.In addition to my role in project management, I help lead Bohler\'s Women\'s Professional Network, an employee resource group dedicated to driving positive change within the firm. Through this group, I have facilitated numerous networking and professional development opportunities for young women at Bohler, serving as both a mentor and a role model.
