I am the Founding Director of Operations for DREAM Highbridge Elementary School. We are a growing charter school currently serving 372 young people in grades K-3 (SY25-26). I also served as the founding DOO of our middle school for the 24-25 school year.As a DOO, I oversee all non-instructional aspects of the school day including budget management, health and safety systems, and enrollment. I am proficient in using school data management systems such as SchoolMint, Powerschool, ATS, OPT, and FAMIS. I directly manage a team of three and serve as a dotted line manager for our onsite facilities, security, family engagement, and food service leaders.In addition to my school-based role, I have served on our network\'s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee from 2022-present. Our work was instrumental in making our teacher compensation model more equitable. As a member, I also design and facilitate DEI sessions for my campus.I am passionate about developing everyone I work with to be their best self personally and professionally in the service of our students and families.
