Leveraging my background in learning and development and my strengths in sales and relationship-building, I collaborate with knowledge service firms, corporate training teams, and other global clients to develop mutually beneficial partnerships around learning strategies, change management and programs. In addition to helping my clients identify and customize learning solutions from Intuition’s catalogue of offerings, I also coach them on securing funding and implementing solutions. My goal is to help my clients achieve their objectives by partnering with them to design effective and enduring solutions. In addition to architecting and fostering partnerships, I direct employees in a highly collaborative and remote organizational culture.Key Contributions: I demonstrated flexibility by marketing, designing, selling, and consulting on diverse programs, including work-life balance, DEI, digital transformation, systems adoption, research and development, and compliance. I doubled revenue by expanding projects with current clients, securing referrals, and building relationships with third parties that led to preferred provider status. To ensure positive, enduring client relationships, I advised on all phases of the training lifecycle and worked with them to create SOPs and other documents that often served as the bedrock of their processes. I also partnered with clients to troubleshoot issues and brainstorm solutions. By teaching meditation tactics and leading weekly meditation techniques, including breathing and visualization, I equipped 200+ staff to more effectively manage high-stakes calls and other challenging situations.
