With over 20 years experience in technical product testing my passion now lies with growing the next generation of expert product testers in the world of R&D insight at Blue Yonder. As Head of R&D at Blue Yonder and part of the Senior Leadership Team, I oversee all our R&D world class consumer sensory product testing and help drive the business forward. I have worked alongside large FMCG clients such as Reckitt, Unilever and MARS helping them deliver world class products across the globe. It\'s about helping our clients have a genuine edge on their competition to help them win and make a difference in the market. This involves complex protocols, expert cross country project management, the right survey design and the interpretation of data delivered with impact. Globally. Digitally. In person and online. Working collaboratively with our clients is essential. I strongly believe in developing close relationships, becoming an extension of the R&D client team and immersing ourselves in their brand and world.
