Hello! My name is Kate Bemis, and I am a second-year undergraduate student at Michigan State University, majoring in Health Communications. I plan to apply to MSU’s Sales Leadership Minor in Spring 2026. As an aspiring Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Sales professional, I am actively seeking a Summer 2026 internship in Sales or Communications where I can apply my communication skills, work ethic, and passion for healthcare.I currently work as a server at Johnny Black’s Taphouse. I’ve spent the last four years in the restaurant industry strengthening foundational sales and customer-facing skills. Through this role, I’ve developed discipline, confidence, excellent customer service habits, and strong leadership abilities, all while balancing a full academic workload.On campus, I am involved in the Zeta Tau Alpha Beta Phi Chapter and the Undergraduate Communications Association. These organizations have helped me grow personally and professionally, teaching me how to maintain a strong balance between academics, work, and campus involvement.My academic and professional experiences have shaped me into a motivated team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is always eager to learn. I am excited to continue building my skills and pursuing opportunities in the sales and healthcare communication fields.
