Kate is an experienced executive and now harnesses that experience as a provider of leadership and organization development solutions. As an executive, she led transformations at an educational institutional and a $5B global manufacturer that went from private-equity ownership to a public company. She also has 30+ years’ experience in leadership and organization development, where she draws upon her early career as an engineer, doctoral training in organizational psychology, and years of experience developing leaders and transforming organizations.Kate formed Inspirati Leadership Solutions to partner with leaders who want to engage people in achieving organization success. She provides executive coaching as well as leadership, team and organization development solutions. Prior to forming Inspirati, Kate was the Global Vice-President for Learning & Organization Development at Vertiv. She helped restructure Vertiv into global business units while re-organizing region teams. Kate also stood up performance management, succession planning and employee engagement efforts for the company, and globalized the L&D function of more than 100 learning professionals. Kate spent 20+ years at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). In addition to work with global clients Kate held leadership roles including Vice-President Enterprise Strategy & Planning, Managing Director Colorado Springs Campus and Director, Global Portfolio Management. She personally managed several flagship programs, including Developing the Strategic Leader and Leadership at the Peak. She also authored publications such as \"Becoming a Strategic Leader: Your Role in Your Organization’s Enduring Success\"(with Richard Hughes and David Dinwoodie). Prior to joining CCL, Kate was with Colarelli, Meyer & Associates, Inc.(CMA), a St. Louis-based consulting firm. She also did executive development and succession planning with Anheuser-Busch Companies.Kate’s first career was in electrical engineering. She was a GM Scholar with General Motors, and an Edison Engineer with the Medical Systems division of GE. The latter program included extensive leadership training.
