ABOUT KATE BASS
I earned both my bachelor\'s degree in Communications and my master\'s in Sports Commerce from the University of Memphis, where I also had the opportunity to advance my athletic and professional career. As a student-athlete, I competed on the University of Memphis Women\'s Volleyball team while gaining hands-on experience as an Athletic Communications Intern for the Memphis Athletic Department. While completing my master\'s, I transitioned into player development, serving as the Assistant of Player Relations for the University of Memphis Football team. These experiences deepened my passion for sports communications and athlete relations, shaping my career path. I am thrilled to begin a new chapter as the Memphis Grizzlies Communications Full-Season Intern this fall. I look forward to learning, growing, and contributing to the organization. Go Grizz!
