   I am developing and growing a diverse network of local churches and community organizations who desire to serve, support, and advocate for refugees. I provide volunteer training, coordinate educational meetings, engage in public speaking, and plan events/fundraising to expand the support base of World Relief\'s resettlement initiatives. Being based at a small office means I wear the caseworker, mover, airport pickup, medical appointment driver, ESL tutor, Spanish interpreter, etc. hats as well. Gotta be a Jack-of-all-trades in the nonprofit world!Our vision is to help refugees flourish in every aspect of their lives in this strange, new place and build community with these resilient, marvelous people-cherishing them as the Lord’s image-bearers of infinite worth. What a joy it is to learn from their courage and delight in a kaleidoscope of cultures!
