I have built my career over 15 years in finance, strategy, and business transformation, working with Burberry PLC, EY, and Bacardi. At Burberry, where I spent nine years, I most recently served as Finance Director for EMEIA, holding full P&L responsibility for a £1bn business. I have led global budgeting and forecasting processes, managed multi-currency reporting, and delivered board-level insights to support growth and investor communications. Alongside this, I have driven transformation programmes including finance team restructuring, IFRS 16 implementation, and the redesign of investment appraisal models, all aimed at improving efficiency, transparency, and decision-making.Earlier in my career, I worked in Corporate Finance at EY, focusing on Project Finance where I supported clients in infrastructure and energy with valuations, modelling, and investment appraisal.
