As a key member of the Project Management Team my responsibilities include- Managing cost and budget control using Oracle Fusion and performing cost forecasting for work scopes- Preparing and distributing regular cost reports to stakeholders, including spend to date, forecast spend and billing information for each work scope- Assuring effective project delivery through the development and maintenance of key project documents (such as Project Execution Plan, Master Document Register, Communication Matrix, Risk Register, Action Tracker)- Preparing and maintaining project schedules using MS Project- Assisting with preparation of cost, time, resource estimates and Gantt charts- Assisting in the evaluation and processing of change orders, ensuring their impact on the project budget is assessed and communicated- Coordination with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules- Coordination of subcontract agreements and overseeing subcontractor work on various projects- Submission of project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards- Identification and monitoring of project risks and opportunities- Maintaining HSE standards- Managing all aspects of project financials, including cost control, budget management, invoicing, and financial forecasting- Effective cash flow management through timely invoicing and keeping contract payment terms- Assisting in audits and financial reviews by providing the necessary documentation and explanations- Ensuring that all financial documents, including contracts, invoices, and purchase Orders are accurately maintained and filed- Understanding of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015)- APM Associate Member, working towards APM Project Management Qualification.
